Dr. Wood worth's lett r, appointing the commission, winch will be issued to morrow, will contain the following: Tbe members of the commission will assemble in the city of New Orleans aa soon as possible, and having organized with Dr. Bern Be-rn iss aa chairman, and one of your number as recorder, will at once commence the work.
