Houper and Wm, Jennings for ignoring the temporary injunction issued by the judge restraining them from interfering with the entrance to and exit from the Townaend house of Mrs. Townsend and her (riendd. A number of witnesses were examined and after nil tbe testimony in the case had been taken, arguments in I the matter were waived until after the bearing id tha order to abow cause why a permanent injunction should not uaue. It it expected that bota the contempt matter and the injunction in-junction case will be argued at tbe same time. Ii i'b not positively known when the hearing will b3 reaumed, but it is set for next Thursday, when the next aitiing in chambers will take place, providing Judge Schaeffer can dispose of tbe necessary busineB3 atOgdeu by that time.
