Jennens, tho two employed, and sub-equently Hon. Wm. Jennings. Jen-nings. Mr. Jennings gavo bail and waa released, and this iathepreseut condition of tho matter. Tho marshal mar-shal simply performed his duty, and it is likely the true merits of the case will come out in the hearing oa the charge of contempt. I |
