Show SERIOUS AND FATAL FIRST. New York, 13. This morning a fire occurred in the brick building, 24 Etvst Sixth street, and the flames spread rapidly, a number of persons being in the house. Every device was resorted to to reach the occupants, occu-pants, but the firemen wore driven off at every point by the flames. Jacob Stoiner, a well knowntea merchant, jumped from one of the baok windows of the second story, and waa found in the yard dead, burned, and mangled. A servant girl, named Mary McGuiro, wna also found iu the yard with both legs broken. The firemen, on searching search-ing the building, found tho Ixxlies of Mrs. Steiner and her daughter, smothered smo-thered in their rooms. It is rumored that there are several other bodies in the ruins. Boston, 13. A large fire has been raging for several hours in the business busi-ness portion of Natick, Muss.
