In tho burglary case this morning copies of telegrams were introduced to show the connection connec-tion of Harrington, Cunz and others with the parties on trial. Evidence was given to show that Whitley .engaged .en-gaged a man named Williams or liliss alias George E. Miles, to commit com-mit this burglary; that Miles' was convicted con-victed of arson and burglary, and sentenced to the Auburn prison for ten years, and pardoned out at the solicitation of Whitely, and feeling under obligations to him committed this burglary at his request". |
