Show The Conveyancing Act. Salt Lake City March 18, 1874. Editors Herald: I see by section thirty-seven of the act of the Governor and Legislative Assembly of Utah, that the " Act concerning conveyances" takes effect on the 22nd instant. All conveyances of real estate in this Territory executed exe-cuted on and after that day must be executed, proved, acknowledged and recorded as required by the terms of that act. It is therefore quite important im-portant for persons to understand its provisions. As you have published and have it for sale, I beg the permission of a publication of this note inyourpaper.
