Show "A Blamed Storm." A most pleasant and agreeable gentleman from London started out yesterday morning, as per appointment, appoint-ment, to visit a mine about forty miles west of this city. He knew all abo storing, bad roads, and "all that kind of thing, you know," but he was muster of the situation, and there was "no "difficulty, not in the least, my dear sir." Three hours after he left tho Emporium clock he returned to say that it was "a blarstcd storm over Jordan." His conclusions were accepted. |
