Show Theatre. Mr. Williamsm and Miss Muoro again "Struck Oil" last night, if another an-other crowded house on a repetition bill may bear that appellation. The drama was received again with uproarious up-roarious applause, and evidently could be repeated a number of times without with-out losing its interest. The march of tho soldiers was a very effective feature, fea-ture, and the new scene of the oil wells, by Mr. Lambourne, was well executed. The playing throughout was good, "and that "Chinese Invasion" Inva-sion" once more caused an indefinite amount of boisterous laughter. This evenintr Falconer's beautiful Irish drama of "Eileen Oge" will be presented, with Mr. Williamson as Bryan O'Farrell and Miss Moore as, Bridget Maguire. The caste includes Messrs. Vinson, Saw telle, Crosbie, i Rea, Thome, Wilton, Forster, Miss J Cogswell, Miss Adams, Mrs. Crosbie, 1 Miss Napper, and a full distribution of parts. This is one of the most effective ef-fective Irish dramas now being played, and with such a cast cannot but bo a great treat. The engagement Jof Mr. Williamson William-son and Miss Moore terminates on Saturday night, and those who wish to enjoy a theatrical performance should see thorn. On Friday night Miss Moore takes a farewell benefit, and appears as " A California Girl." Mr. J. T: Kaymond is underlined.' |
