A bill passed both Houses of the LcgLslature.to-day, providing for the assembling of a constitutional convention on the 14th of July next, the election for members mem-bers to be held on Juno 30th. The House declared nil of its offices vacant and elected new officers in the piace of those not appearing this session. (hie of Brooks' members olthe Legislature, took his seat to-day. Arrangements aro completed for disbanding dis-banding all troops ou both sides. Brooks' men aro already leaving for their homes.
