He refused most positively to give any information, referring me to the circular to be issued to-day, and which I give verbatim below. Mr. Anderson, in answer to ft question, ques-tion, replied that no share-holder would be permitted to see any letters or telegrams from the superintendent of the mine, they being the property of the fward of directors.
