The fact is Baily ranks high as a humorist, but he is not chief as long as C. E. A. McGcachy, better known as "Mac," is around. "Mac" fills the editorial chair of the Xeics during Baily's absence, and fills the Xcicx with wit and humor as original as it is good. |
