Show Oflieial Changes In Texas. Washington, 20. The Secretary of the Treasury to-day appointed Gen. B. G. Shields, collector of customs cus-toms at the port of Galveston, lie was formerly a member of Congress from Alabama. Ho also appointed Ridge Paschall, collector of customs at Corpus Ohristi; Wesley Ogden, collector of customs at Indianola. Col. Hayues, collector at Brownsville, is to be retained. General Mallory is appointed collector of internal revenue for Jefferson district. Robert F. Campbell has been made collector of internal revenue fur the western district. The other two districts have been consolidated, Gailer retaining re-taining the office of collector. Thus all tlie treasury officers excepting one collector of customs ami one collector ot internal revenue nave been removed. ; Tne President to-day appointed 1 Thomas II.
