Show D, A. & M. Society. At a meeting of the boanl of directors direc-tors of the D. A. fe M. Society, on Tuesday evening, Mr. R. L. Campbell Camp-bell tendered hie resignation as secretary secre-tary pf the Mociety, was accepted, and Mjes Joan M- Campbell was elected to fill tlie vacancy. Miss Mary S. Campbell was elected assistant secretary secre-tary and Mr. George K. Wallace corresponding cor-responding secretary. An election for the purpose of electing elect-ing a president and board of directors, was or lered for Satunlay, March 7. President Woodruff reported that the Legislature had appropriated $10,000 to the society, 3 000 to be expended in cancelling indebtedness, and $2 500 to be drawn in 1874 and $2,500 in 1875. A communication was read from C. C. A. Christenson, of Kphnam, Sanpete county, concerning line arte.
