Robert Campbell, I C'ty Kceonlcr. Salt Lake Oity, February 10th, 1871. City Hall, Salt Lake City, February 10th, 1874. We, the undersigned, citizens who wero called to assist iu examining and counting the votes given at tho municipal muni-cipal election of the 9th iustant, hereby here-by certify, That we were first BWOrn I by the Mayor to the faithful performance perform-ance of the duty of canvassing the votes and making a true and correct return thereof. We examined the ballot boxes and found that they had been all properly sealed up, returned in good condition, not haviug been molested. I Said ballot boxes were ther, opened ' hy Air. Campbell, the City Recorder, in their regular order, commencing i with the First Municipal Ward. 1 The ballots were then counted and compared with the poll lists, and found lo agree and the result is stated above by Air.
