F.Tasker; motion mo-tion for alimony pendente lite was granted, and plaintifl was alloweJ $100 per mouth from tho commencement commence-ment of the action for divorce, and her attorneys were allowed $250 for eorvices already performed. S. Maltese va. D. O. Dickinson; default and judgmont. Mr. Henry Wadsworth, one of the petit jurors who was fined on Monday tor non-attendance, excused himself on the ground ol sickness, whereupon the court remitted the fine. Sarah Ann Cook vs. H. S. Young; arguments were concluded and case submitted. Court adjourned till Wcdi:-"1y morning at 10 o'clock. |
