All were present, as follows: Count Sclopis, representing rep-resenting the .king of Italy, president of tho court; Charles Francis Adams, arbitrator on the part of the United States; Alex. Cockburn, representing England; Jacob Staempfrn, for the Swiss government; and baron D. Stiguba, for Brazil. Summaries of the proofs nnd arguments in support of the cases of England and the United States were tran&iniUed to tho board by tho respective agents for tho two countries, coun-tries, lord Tenterden and J. O. Davis. The court of arbitration soon after adjourned ad-journed till Monday at 2 p.m. Further than as above stated, tbo proceedings of the tribunal are kept absolutely secret. se-cret. The Evacuation of France. Paris, 15. Von Arnim, tho German ambassador to Franco, has presented Thiers with the reply of Germany to the proposition; for the evacuiion of Franco as the intalltupnts of tho indemnity indem-nity are paid. The German government aceepts in principle the proposition of Franco, and requires full payment of the indemnity before tho 2nd ot March, 874. The Mexican Revolution. Matamoras, 15.
