Show Personal. Mr. C. W. Ormsbee, attomcy-at-!aw and money broker, oi St. Joseph, .M: -liian, is in town on mining bu.ine? , and proposes remaining remain-ing a few days. He is preparing to bid adieu to Michigan and make Salt Lake his future home. Mr. D. B. Nye, representing Messrs. E. A. Fargo i Co., importers and job-bera job-bera of brandies, wines and liquor?, Sso Francisco, leaves tbis morning for Piochc, after a successful business visit to this city. We commend him to the courtesies of Pioche magnates. Col. Peter Saie is again in town, accompanied by Mrs. Saxe. Mr. Joseph Wasson, well known on the coatt as an energetic and thorongh-going thorongh-going newspaper man, favored us with a vifcit yesterday, and we were pleased to again meet him. His experience has been varied and extensive since he took a short turn at editing in this Territory more than threo years ago. A year was spent with his brother, proprietor of the "Tucsen Citizen," Arizona; another year east visiting amODg friendd and relatives; and the rest of the time in such travels as often fall within tho experience of a western life. Mr. Wasson is en route for Pioche, and has our beat wishes for bis success. Wo last night met Mr. Wm. S. Durbrow, of Brooklyn, N. Y., at present in town, representing the Empire Em-pire bag manufactory of New York. Mr. Durbrow makes his office at the Mining Bureau, and designs remain-iDg remain-iDg a month or so in the city. |
