S. district attorney, on behalf of the government, gov-ernment, against J. M. Orr, late United Uni-ted States marshal, for the recovery of some $4 SCO. His accounts at the department de-partment show that he received $5,-900 $5,-900 and has failed to account for $4,-800 $4,-800 of that amount. His sureties are Charles Popper, Frederick Kahn and J. R. Walker.
