Show Bound Over. Fred. Taylor and William Studer, two of the liquor thieves who were arrested and had an examination on Monday evening, for stealing from Mr. Smith, were bound over last eveu-ing eveu-ing to the Prolute Court, in bonds of $1,000 each. Tne case of Thil. Harmon, Har-mon, the other of the gang, and the one who "went back" on his mates because they didn't "whack up," as he expressed it, remains in statu qrtb. All three of these men have bad reputations rep-utations in -the cotnmimity, and the , public will lose nothing if the thieves should put in -some time in learning how to liandle shovels to the l-ost ad--, vantage in making roads. Neither of the parties had procured bondsmen Inst night. |
