This morning, Feb. lUth, at ten a.m., the disgraceful affray commenced again. I kept my room, but oould hear pistol shots in two or three directions, direc-tions, and I learn that ono man received receiv-ed a shot wound in his foot. Such wild shooting is more dangerous than well aimed shots. How this will end is moro than I can say, but for humanity's human-ity's sako, what aro we to do for protection pro-tection ? Thero ia no law hero, and wo peaoeablo oitiseoa arc in muoh danger, as this thing has being going on for some time. Drunks and pistols seem to bo tho order of not only the day but nearly all night. .
