Show New Post Office. Postmaster Moore has secured very eligible premises pre-mises for the Post office four doors north of the bank of Deseret, on which tho plasterers and carpenters have been at work for some time getting the building ready for his removal into it. The work of removing, which is no slight one, will be commenced this afternoon, and parties should get their mail as early as possible to-day, so as not to bo disappointed. Tho new oflice is sufficiently convenient for the business portion of the city, and is yet a short distance from tho ceatto of business, which will prevent tho crowding crowd-ing that would be almost suro to be a permanent affair if it were located in the dircot ccntro of the bustlo and trade. It is more roomy and better lighted than the one now occupied, and to the rear an addition has just been built for a distributing office and postmaster's office. It is expected that by to-morrow mails will be delivered de-livered at tho windows and in boxes as usual. |
