Show Fire-Bbick. We yesterday visited the brick yard of Messrs. Morris & Evans, and examined tho material used and tho modus operandi of making mak-ing a quality of brick so much in demand de-mand here at present. The olay used is tho celebrated Bingham fire-clay, from tho mino owned by Morris & Evaus,. mixed wilh crushed silioiouB quartzito of the quality used by thorn , for constructing furnaces; tho mixture being pressed into neat bricks after a thorough pulverization. We had no idea that they had such extensive works so oloso to tho theatre, their brick yard, brick kiln, and rook-drcss-iog bowery occupying considerable ground between 1st South and South Temple streets. They announce themselves them-selves prepared to fill all orders for , their fire-brick; and are also prepared to estimate for tho erection of smclteiBi 1 roasters, calciners, etc,; furnishing all 1 tho materials.
