X Mary Washington of Fredericksburg, in the county of Spottsylvania, being in good health, but calling lo mind tho uncertainty of this life, i and willing to dispose of what remains of my worldly estalo, do make and publish this my last will, and recommending my soul into the hands of my Creator, hoping for a remission re-mission of all my sins, through the , mcuttatton oi -icsus jurist, the Bavior of mankind, I dispose of all my worldly world-ly estates as follows: Imprimis I give to my son Genera! George Washington, all my lands on Accokeek run, in tho county of Stafford, Staf-ford, and also my negro boy George, to j him and his heirs forever; also my best bed, bedstead and Virginia cloth ! curtains (the same that stands in my i best room,) my quilted bluo and white 1 j quilt, and my best dressing-glass. Item I give and devise to my j grand sod, Fielding Lewis, my uegro i man Frederick, tu him and his assigns forever; also, eight silver spoons, half ! my crockery-ware, and tho blue ! aud while tea-china, waluut book-case, oval Lable, oue' bed, oue bed-spread, ' , one pair of sheets, one pair of blankets, and white cotton counterpane, two table cloths, six red leather chairs, half of ray pewter, one-half of my iron kitchen furniture. Item I give and devLc to my grandson, Lawrence Lewis, my negro wench Lyda, to him aud his assigns forever. Item I give and devise to my grand-daughter, Bettic Carter, my negro woman, little Bet and her future increase, to her and her assigns for- , ever; also, my large looking-glass, my i walnut writing desk, with drawers, a , square diuing table, one bed, and bed-utead, bed-utead, bolster, ono pillow, oue blanket and oue pair of shouts, white Virginia cloth counterpane, and purple curtains, ' my red and tea-china, teaspoons, and other half of pewter, crookery-ware, and the remainder of my kitchen furniture. furni-ture.
