Show ELECTION RETURNS. The only additional returns to those we published yesterday are from Juab county Nephi, Levan and ?Iona a total, so far as given, of 509 votes, Eph-raim Eph-raim and Manti, Sanpete co., d-44,with the full vote of this county. The thirteen thir-teen precincts of Salt Lake county gave a total of 4,272, which were distributed distribu-ted for Delegate as follows : Win. II. Ilooper, 4104 Gcm-jrc R. Maxwell, 167 A:u;ia M. Lyman, 1 4272 Mrs. Martinet T. Smoot received one vote for commissioner to locate University kinds; Miss Eliza R. Snow received one for Representative, and Mrs. Rebecca M. Jones one for County Treasurer. The full People's ticket had about the same sweeping majority as the Delegate. The total number of votes returned up to lust night was 14. u:?, with seven counties not heard from, and a number of precincts in several other counties, including those of Bountiful, Centieville and Farmington in Davis county, and Plain City, Slaterville, Lymie, West Weber, North Ogden, 'tiverdale and South Weber in Weber :ounty. The vote will likely run over '.0,000, of which number Captain iloopor will have all except probably 1,500, of which number it is safe to calculate cal-culate that at least one-half are illegal through "repeating" and allowing unqualified un-qualified persons to cast their ballots.
