Show THAT BIG CHURCH ROW Vic of Ejectment is Quite Seri ously HI New York June 23rs Herman Xew Warszawlak is seriously ill at her homeTBO St Marks Place She is suffering suf-fering from fainting spells and at times is in great pain Her friends say her illness is the result of her ejectment from the Fifth Avenue Presbyterian church on Sunday The congregation is divided concerning concern-ing the justness of the decision against Mr Warszawaik Dr Hal the pastor of the church said I do not care to say anything about I I the matter I was not there I r ass j Concerning the statement that he I iwas not In favor of tjr suspension of SMrtVarszawaJk Dr Hall simply said I That is allin the records of the sessions I ses-sions I dont care to go behind them I Dr Hall was my friend said Mr Yarszawaik when seen shortly afterwards I after-wards He is my friend still I have I no doubt he stayed away from his church on Sunday because he did net care to announce what he knew was a unjust verdict I am preparing to carry the case to the Presbytery on appeal I am allowed ten days in which to appeal In spite of the fact that Mr Warsza wlil must file < iis appeal during the next week the case will not be reheard before October as the Presbytery has adjourned for the summer I Rev Charles F Taylor has issued a signed statement in which he says that the public has ben grossly deceived by the announcement that there was overivhelmlng testimony against the accused missionary |
