Tintic Mining Notes Special Correspondence Robinson Sept 3Frank B Cook came out from the city last evening and put off early this morning Mr Cook who has something sight near Silver City was formerly manager of the Treasure Hill and helped open the country coun-try about the Tesora Edward Russell Coffin son of jVIr Coffin of Lynn Masss president of the General Electric company is looking over several of the big propositions hereabouts here-abouts S David S Taggart of the Short Line dropped in from the valley last evening and went out on horseback early looking look-ing after some of his interests In the 1 lower end Judge William Story ofOuray Colo I in company with C O Whittemore were guests of Samuel McIntyre of the Mammoth and it Is understood the gentlemen made an Interesting visit to the big mine A jolly party composed of Mrs R Dix and daughters Goldie Stella and Ivy unexpectedly stepped in on Mrs Albert Welcker of the Hotel Mammoth last evening and their coming was the occasion of much enjoyment and many pleasantries Mrs Dix who formerly conducted the Hotel Mammoth is a sister sis-ter of Mrs Welcker and Mrs William Mcintyre Many of the old guests were pleased to welcome them S
