HARTMAN IS OUT Of THf RACE FUSION CANDIDATE FOR CONGRESS CON-GRESS nr MONTANA Withdraws In Favor of the Democratic Demo-cratic Nominee to Insure theElec tion of a Silver Man Helena Mont Sept 28Hon Chad S Hartman nominee of the silver Republicans i Re-publicans and Populists for congress has withdrawn and asks that the name of Hon A J Campbell the Democratic nominee be placed on those tickets and supported bJ all who believe in the free coinage of silver The withdrawn with-drawn of Mr Hartman is made in along a-long letter addressed to the chairmen of the state central committees of the two parties which nominated him It reviews at length the course of political events leading up to the failure of fusion fus-ion at the time the conventions of the three parties met at Anaconda and concludes with tile declaration that rather than imperil the election pf a silver man to congressand silver candidates can-didates to the state legislature he takes the action that there may be but one silver ticket in the field He offers his services on the stump during the campaign to Mr Campbell and the Democratic state central committee
