I i I I I I r COAL COMPANY SUED Daughters of Richard White Want Damages Suit was filed flied at Price yesterday against the Pleasant Valley Vally Coal company C for 10 by Miry MaO and Annie White of Lake Point Tooele county The damages are asked ked for the death of their father Rich Richard Richard i ard White who was eras as killed in the mines of the company compan while in its employ Judge of the law firm of Chris tenses went to Price to file the papers in the case Settlement was made by E Eo L 1 Carpen ter manager of the company with Mrs Mr Rosa White of Castle Gate widow of o iI the victim of the accident and stepmother I of ot the plaintiffs In ht the present case She was given and a release from further liability was waa given the company signed by Mrs White bIte and the two plaintiffs It Is te now alleged that the release was se cured from the latter by nta tion Uon and that the daughters have received no compensation for tor the loss of their father Another daughter Mrs 1118 Elizabeth ElIaabeth Girard of or Anaconda signed a similar re lease lea on payment of tl 1 lt 6 It is 18 a averred erred that she signed the document t under an understanding that her younger sisters had bad been provided for The TM court Is asked a ked to disregard the re I leave lease signed by the young youn women and to Lo award them damages
