OCR Text	Show ANOTHER COXTEMPX CASE Washington II Kimball Must Appear and Show Cnnse Judge Zane made an order in the ThirJ district court yesterday requiring Washington Wash-ington H Kimball to show cause on July 29 why he should not be punished for contempt of court in view of his failure to pay certain money to his divorced wife as ordered by the court Kim balls wife secured a divorce from him on December 19 1892 and he was ordered or-dered to pay her 20 per month alimony and liquidate certain costs in the case amounting to 3945 Not having complied com-plied with the order he is now cited to appear and explain
