entertaining is often more in the RUBS than in the host The party who received the hospitalities of the home lodge was made up of the grand sires and grand representatives of the order and there was not a man among the 2 who had not won his preferment by the tests of his fellows and whoe prominence was not attained by the qualities of manliness magnanimity and true devotion to the high principles upon which the order Is founded That tho day was gloriously spent there can be no question for the ardor of tho enthusiasm en-thusiasm of all the visitors was of the kIna that allows of no questioning as to its sincerity sin-cerity and the grand sires happy espres sion was an epitome of the feelings of all The train carrying THE DISTINGUISHED PAnTY arrived in the city at an early hour Messrs Rogers Rage Buckle Moritz Rowe and Thomas were at the depot to greet them with 8 brotherly welcome Carriages were awaiting to convey them to points of interest in the city A great many ladies were In the only regret that during I part of this time I have been physically unable to attend to any duties but the order did not suffer anything as the deputy grand sire led the place with absolute ab-solute
