I THE DEFENDANT, Floyd S. Lee, of Philadelphia, was of : juvenile age when the alleged " criminal act was committed. Scores of Job Corpsmen, former corpsmen and others were questioned during the lengthy investigation bin no other arrests were made. REINECKE'S DEATH was originally listed as "undetermined" "undeter-mined" by a state autopsy report re-port but new information from police in Reinecke's hometown home-town of Wichata, Kan., led authorities au-thorities to believe that foul play was involved that the corpsman had apparently been beaten and dumped into the canal to drown. The defendant originally fought extradition to Utah to face the homicide charge but was ordered to do so by a court in Philadelphia after authorities author-ities presented evidence that could link the defendant to the death. |
