A Murderer Captured Deputy United States Marshal Hoge returned late night before last from Deer Lodge Montana with John D Kelly who was indicted formurder ill U 6J When questioned ques-tioned yesterday Mr Hoge refused to give any particulars of the matter but as far as can no acertained Kelly was charged with the crime of having killed a man in Cache county twentyfour years ECO and was indicted by the gand jury for murder at that time Hearing that the man was engaged in prospecting near Deer Lodge the marshal left this city August 31 in search of him and was successful in capturing his victim at the above named place The prisoner is presumably about fifty years of age Be made no resistance at the time of his arrest
