Show In the Police Court There were two prisoners before the court yesterday charged with disturbing disturb-ing the peace at a boarding house on North Main Street kept by John A Haasell Their names were given as Axtel Anderson and Albert Neilson It seemed by the testimony that they had had a parrot and monkey time on Christmas eve all over a beg of beer and its effects were noticed by two bandaged heads The case was on trial at a late hoar yesterday The testimony testi-mony was very much mixed and was given in broken English all the parties to the affray being of Danish or of some other foreign extraction The case was concluded late last evening and sentence was suspended until today to-day John Tyler a stranger was arrested yesterday for being drunk |
