The Receiver Exonerated In the Supreme Court yesterday Judge Henderson delivered the opinion on the resort re-sort of Examiner Harkness as to the charges made against Receiver Dyer and iiis attorneys The court fully sustains Judge Harkuess report and exonerates the receiver and his attorneys from all the charges It allows Judge Harkness 100 for his services and Judge Marshall and Mr Critchlow are to receive S250 each The expenses of the examination ordered by he court are to come out of the church funds in fife receivers hands This amounts to nearly a500 the exact figures have not been made by the clerk taken out of this property as a result of the trustees charges but which are not assessed to them
