Show Accident on the U N Mr W P P St ClaIr division superintendent of theUtah Northern North-ern railway met with quite a misfortune mis-fortune yesterday afternoon in Beaver Canyon Upon approach the bridge be was standing between tha cats and had occasion to look forward when he was struck on the head and knocked off the platform plat-form by a projecting plank The train was stopped and he was picked pick-ed up in an Insensible condition It was feared at the time that his skull had been fractured but upon closer examination It was found that be had suffered a bad cut extending from the ear to the front of his face from which tbe bload flowed copiously copi-ously Fortunately no bones were broken Dr Mitchell surgeon of the Union Pacific who was onboard on-board of the train at the time relieved re-lieved anxiety by stating the extent o the injury So we learn from the Ogdn Pilot D |
