Show KILLED S A Man Falls from a Roof and Breaks his Neck On Saturday afternoon it was reported re-ported that a man had been killed at Henry Wagoners brewery at the mouth of Emigration Coroner George J Taylor was notified of the fact and at once proceeded to the scene of the fatal occurrence It was then ascertained that the mans name was Fritz Kemmerli and that he was a carpenter He was engaged at the time in shingling on the rof of one of Mr Wageners many buildings and by some means missed his hold and fell to the ground breaking his neck and consequently con-sequently causing instant death The coroners jury returned a verdict ver-dict in accordance with the facts At 9 oclock last night the body was brought to this city and taken to his home in the First Ward The deceased was born September 1 1827 and was a native of Germany The funeral will take place on Tuesday Tues-day |
