Show The Freezing Case The case of Lewis St Clair who was badly frozen a short time since while herding sheep in Uinta County Wyoming and whose case was briefly referred to in a previous issue of the HERALD is likely to recover the use of his injured members mem-bers > with the exception of probably two or three of his toes which may have to be amputated It appears that the young man got lost on the I prairie and darkness coming on he took shelter behind a rock remaining remain-ing out all night His dog nestled I close to him or be would have per ished In the morning he attempted to reach camp when he fell to the ground unable to proceed The faithful dog ran to the camp and conducted the other herders to the n n place where the young man lay Both feet end his right hand were badly frozen The patient is at the house of his father and is attended by Dr Fowler He is improving with the best of prospects and wishes for recovery |
