Show Lawsuit Dismissed HILL AFB A lawsuit filed by three men who alleged that their health had been damaged dam-aged by toxic chemicals used in their work al this northern Utah air base has been dismissed dismis-sed in Federal Court in Salt Lake City. FEDERAL District Court Judge Bruce Jenkins ruled that since the men are covered by the Federal Employees Compensation Com-pensation Act, they are not entitled en-titled to take civil action against the government. The three men James Galetka, of Riverdale: Clifford Buckley, of Roy; and Carlos Martinez, of Clinton alleged that they suffered brain damage dam-age and "an assortment of physical problems" due to tox ic chemical exposure they suffered suf-fered while employed at Hill AFB. TWO OF the men hav e since received medical releases while a third is still employed at the base. Judge Jenkins ruled that the plaintiffs, as federal employees, em-ployees, are covered b the FECA and as such are not entitled enti-tled to judicial review .
