taken up read the third time and passed The judiciary committee reported on HFdSjthe probate procedure act recommending that the Council concur in the amendments The amendments were concurred in and the bill passed H F 57 amended was read and the amendments concurred in Lhe bill amends the charter of Wells vine Passed On motion of Mr Hammond the vote was reconsidered the title changed and some other slight changes made and the bill again passed C F 60 on artesian wella was taken up and laid aside to receive a report from the judiciary commit tee by Mr F fc > Richards on C F 52 stating that the passage of the civil procedure bill had obviated the necessity of further action Re port adopted C F 60 was agahi taken up read the third time amended A long and dreary discussion ensued over the n mes of the commission proposed pro-posed by the bill to locate the places of wells A communication was received from the House announcing its passage with amendments of several sev-eral bills Amendments concurred in except one A communication was received from the Governor announcing his disapproval of U F 33 in rela tion to elections and qualifications of voters The message occupied
