' I- " ' i r- J';r-T' : : S' 7 A V fa in-l MUSTANG CHAMPS In the Mustang Division of Val Verda Little League, the championship was won by Robintino's team, coached by Ray Geddes and Brent Cullimore. THE TEAM was a very steady one with 12 wins and one loss, and seemed to develop lots of depth. But, they did have some very close ball games, particularly with Team members of the Mustang League in Val Verda include, back, 1 to r, Coach Ray Geddes, Coach Brent Cullimore, Middle row, Chad Bangeter, Mike Geddes, Steven Juluson, Mike Kattleman, Andy Larsen, Troy Gunderson. Front row, Kevin Cullimore, Cary Gunther, Roger McKenzie, Brian Ostler, Brad Phister, and Todd Bemhisel. Spectrum Press, which came on very strong toward the end. Spectrum Press was coached by Ron Greenwell and Ralph Hatch, and took second place in the final standings with a record of six wins and five losses. Third place was Fina with a six and six record; followed by Prowswood with four wins and eight losses and Utah Title with two wins and 10 losses. THIS year the Mustangs did something a little different. It was mandatory that each boy play two innings in the field per game, and also be placed in the batting rotation for the whole game.
