| Show DEATH OF JOSEPH MEANS MEAr S Was Park Tallest Man and a Resident of Camp for Thirty Years Park City July Jul 1 l This morning g at Joe Means died at the residence of or Chris after an Illness of or several years ears Joe Means was well known In Park City and by his death Park loses on ou s of or its oldest residents he having resided reside here for thirty years and he was known to be the tallest man In town being Jutt 6 feet reet inches In height He was a car carpenter carpenter penter by trade and had made his living at that occupation for tor a number of or years Mr Means was born in the tho state of Ohio years ears ago In ls l I he came west to Evanston Wyo Vo where he engaged in the liquor business but buthe buthe he had a little trouble there on account of or selling liquor to the Indians and on this account Means left lett Wyoming and came to Park City where he had since lived He is survived by b three sons and andone one daughter The sons reside in Ne Nevada Neada vada ada and the daughter in California Fu Funeral Funeral arrangements have not been made as yet et but the funeral will ill probably be beheld beheld held from the Catholic church In this city The case of Burns and Williams charged with disturbing the peace came up before Judge Waters Vaters this morning Burns hat had left town and forfeited his hi bail and the case against Williams was dismissed Al Seamans was painfully injured yes yesterday es esterday afternoon He was engaged In taKing tailing a range to the Keystone boarding boardinghouse boardinghouse house when his wagon overturned and Seamans was caught under the load and ano had his leg Jeg bruised and the ankle sprained The Injured man was brought to the home of his and medical aid summoned |
