Show Btfl. Council Circumspection, When we chide someone it is because we care and believe more is possible. This I have done with the Bountiful City Council. However, I remain optimistic of their capacity and talent. Reassuring actions and full commitment are appropriate. appropri-ate. Conciliatory efforts between be-tween the council and mayor should be forthcoming.
