Show Rites Held For R. F. McMaster ...: x V T "if:.' " "' ' V' f ROBERT M. McMASTER Robert Fishburn McMaster, 70, of Bountiful died Oct. 25, 1979 of natural causes. He was born in Brigham City, Utah on May 18, 1909 to Thomas M. and Lavinia Fishburn McMaster. He was married to Gayle Hatch on Jan. 7, 1937 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. AN ACTIVE member of the LDS Church he was bishop of Colonial Hills and Colonial Hills Second Wards; the first stake president patriarch for Bountiful North Stake, serving serv-ing for 20 years. He was employed as a real estate appraiser for Beneficial Life Insurance Co. for 42 years. He was a graduate of Box Elder High School,. attended Weber College and graduated from the University of Utah. He belonged to the Fraternal Order of Pi Kappa Alpha. He had lived in Brigham city for 19 years and in Salt Lake City for 29 years, but had lived in Bountiful for 22 years. He served in the U.S. Navy during dur-ing World War II as a Lieutenant commander. SURVIVORS ARE his wife of Bountiful; two sons, Scott McMaster, Bountiful, and Dennis McMaster, Salt Lake City; two daughters, Heather McMaster, Salt Lake City, and Kathy McMaster, Bountiful; Boun-tiful; one grandchild; one brother, J. Stuart McMaster, Salt Lake Citv. Funeral services were held on Oct. 30 under the direction of Lindquist's Bountiful Mortuary in Bountiful. Boun-tiful. Bishop David N. Brock-bank Brock-bank officiated at the services. ser-vices. Interment was in the Brigham City Cemetery. |
