THE PROPOSED adoption of inducement resolution for issuance of industrial revenue bonds was discussed at length. Councilman Ungerman ex plained information he has obtained, concerning this request re-quest and the requirements for the development and for the city. Mr. Ungerman made the motion to adopt this request and the council approved unanimously. DEAN SWANER, Gordon Van Fleet and Reed Van Fleet appeared before the council and requested annexation-'re- quest for rezone hearing for the property south of the Miller Mil-ler Floral and 200 West. Councilman Richard Jones moved approval of the annexation annexa-tion and it was approved. COUNCILMAN David Turner Tur-ner made the motion for the public hearing on this property to be held Feb. 21 and it was approved. Steve Nielson requested a rezone hearing to R-3 for his property at Burke Lane and highway No. 106. to be used for a medical professional building. THE COUNCIL approved this request and the hearing to be held Feb. 21. The council also approved a hearing for amending the present ordinance, ordi-nance, in order that a professional profes-sional building might be erected in that area. Shcrm Jenson requested a subdivision completion extension exten-sion request to July 1 . 1980. Mr. Ungerman made the motion mo-tion to extend this request and it was approved.
