The voting of such election will be by ballot, and the ballot boxes for the reception of ballots will be opened open-ed at the hour of eight o'clock in the forenoon of said day, at the said designated polling places, and will be kept open until and will be closed at the hour of six o'clock in the afternoon af-ternoon of said day. Ballots to be used in voting upon the question submitted sub-mitted will be furnished by the Clerk of the District to the judges of election, elec-tion, to be by them furnished to the voters. No ballot will be received by the Judges of election unless the person offering the same shall be a registered register-ed voter residing in the school representative rep-resentative district in which he offers of-fers to vote, and who shall have paid a property tax therein in the yeai preceding such election.
