Present FRIDAY True Value ClaSS Of '79 to hold 10 year reunion The reunion committee for the Uintah High School Class of 1979 has announced the 10-year reunion which is scheduled for Aug. 5. An afternoon picnic for the family will be held at the Scarlc Pavilion at 12:00 noon. Those who participate should bring a lunch for their family. fami-ly. Following the picnic, a tour of the new high school will be available avail-able for those interested. An evening party has been planned at the Vernal Elks Lodge beginning at 6 p.m. A steak dinner will be served at 7 p.m. BYOB set-ups will be available for fifty cents each. Cost for dinner and dancing will be S30 per couple, $15 per person. Group pictures will be taken at a cost of S5 for an 8 X 10 photo. Family members from as far as California, Florida, Nevada and Illinois attended attend-ed with a total of 136 people present for the event Family research and latest genealogical ge-nealogical research material was shared among members. In addition, relatives shared their talents in dance and family displays. A lamb luncheon was also enjoyed. Millie Kay Hawcs, age 84, was the eldest family member present followed by Earl Bascom, 83. Officers were elected for future reunions with Billy Bascom of Apple Valley, Calif, asked to serve as president; Dale Hatch, Clendalc, Calif.; vice president, Grant Bascom, Bcllflowcr, Calif., secretary. secre-tary.
