Bob Batie, Scott Bringhurst, Darryl Busby, Curt Dudnick, Ron Zefferer, Al Weed, Ron Taylor, Scott Peterson, Doug Wassom, Jim Hawkins and Bob Rodenseizer are capable of placing in the WAC top five, and Greg Baldwin, who has broken the Utah high school 880 record, rec-ord, is enrolling at the U. The baseball team will be minus John Nordquist, but the rest of the team is intact. Dick Hardy, John Landures, Mark DiGiosio, Alan Axtell, Brent Walker and Dan Prock will anchor the pitching, while Frank King, Scott Mayne, John Hunter, r, Tom Kilgore, Steve Mellow, George Theodore, Lee Warbur- i ton, Gary Cleverly and Jim Whiteley will be the top hitters and fielders. F. D. Robbins, Dave Harmon and Earl Freeman will enroll en-roll at Utah to play tennis, and the top three singles players, Dale Fritz, Laury Hammel and Scott Bennion, will return. The entire golf team, led by Reid Goodliffe, Jon Fister, Martin Becker, George Jackson, Dave Jenkins, Dick Palmer and Mike Wagstaff, will also be back. it. |
