A budding pear tree adds to the back yard of this week's beautification award winning yard. PEAR TREE by Do you know why we often get the very things we DO NOT WANT in our City, County, State, or Federal Governments? Because we sit at home and allow a vociferous minority to speak for us. The old saw about the wheel that squeaks the loudest gets the most grease is never more applicable than In matters of government. Dont let it happen again on July 28th, when we go to the polls to decide on the best form of government for our new City. Provo, a city of 74,000 allowed a mere 3,500 of its citizens to speak for the whole city. These figures are typical of what has happened in other places. Cities like Riverton, South Jordan and West Jordan have functioned under council form. Even Ogden has a form it functions with a charter. Cities like Murray, Salt Lake and Provo have accomplished great things in the past under commission form. Acquaint yourselves with the facts so that you can make the best decision possible. of council, There are studies which explain and discuss the two forms from which we will choose on July 28th. One is Optional Forms of Local Government in Utah, available from my office. Don't let the man down the street make your decisions for you But take him and five others with you when you go to the polls. Whatever your choice, GET OUT AND VOTE!!! Pink hedge floribunda from Oregon are found along the sides of the yard. Climbing roses bloom along .thlit back fence. Roses grow in front of the house as well. The east fence is covered with 25 grape vines. The Curtis contains assorted trees, including pie, Bing and St. Ann cherries, two kinds of apricots, two pears, and several apple trees, all of them bearing quite well this year. Golden arborvitae is semi-dwa- rf growing in front of the house to the height of the porch rail with yew trees at each end. Mulberry, linden and flowering plum trees are found in the front yard also. More than 1,000 tulips bloomed earlier in the year along with daffodils. Peonies and other flowers have added color since then. Most often it is caused by a pinching of one or more spinal nerve roots between the spinal bones (vertebrae) of the lower back. Other causes of sciatica pain could be a mild case of vitamin deficiencies or by arthritic inflammation in the lower spine, prolonged constipation, a possible tumor that has developed near the nerve root, a slipped or herniated disc at the level where the nerve roots emerge in the lower spine. However, pinching of the nerve is by far the most frequent cause. Sciatic pam is a tearing, sharp that shoots down the sensation, sciatic nerve and extends into the hip, thigh, and back portion of the leg, and may rip into the ankle and foot. Your Doctor of Chiropractic is specialized in the training, education, and experience to determine which vertebrae are involved in a sciatic condition, to what extent they are involved and what to do about it.
