While here they were guests at the home of Mrs. Edith Simpson in Clearfield and also spent some time wrth Mr. and Mrs. James T. Williams. Earlier in the summer, the Williams family were guests in Virginia at the Simpsons. Phyll A. Hanse suffered a ruptured appendix on F'riday evening. He underwent surgery at the Davis North Medical Center in Layton. Mr. and Mrs Lewis Briggs spent overnight with Mr. and Mrs. ttm Class Dean Briggs and daughter at their home In Granger. Mrs. Wilmur Mulford spent part of last week in the Davis North Medical Center receiving treatment Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Stephenson spent a few days this past week visiting with friends in Idaho Falls, Idaho, Blackfoot and Shelley, Idaho. Mrs Ethel B. Barber and several of her family members gathered at the LDS Stake Camp south of Morgan on Saturday for a day together. An enjoyable time was had by Mr. and Mrs. James Williams, son Jeff and daughter Cindi, and Mr. and Mrs. Verge Galley and their family of Syracuse; and Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Barlow and Mr. and Mrs. Tom Rosser and their families of Bountiful. Mrs. Arnold Hansen has Hos- been in the McKay-Depital for the past several days receiving treatment. Alan Housley had the misfortune of breaking his right arm this past week. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ron e Housley. Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Stephenson have accompanied their son and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Stephenson Jr., and their four children, Lesa, Laurie, Lane and Linda of Pleasant View, for a weeks vacation to Red Fish Lake.
