Section 6. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall lx deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall le punished hy a fine of not less $5.00 nor more than $50.00, or hy imprisonment in the city jail for not more than fifty days, or hy both such fine and imprisonment. shall .Section 7.
